How PlinthGK works

PlinthGK tracks your resin statue and PVC figure want list and collection. It keeps what you are watching, what you have preordered, and what you have paid, all in one place. A shared catalog lets collectors discover the same statues.

Adding a statue

There are two ways to add one:

• Paste a Fanatic Anime Store product link into + Add statue and everything fills in automatically: facts, photos, prices, and versions.
• Browse the catalog and hit Add to collection on any statue.

Every statue starts from its FNC link or the catalog, so the shared facts stay trustworthy. Once it is in your collection you can edit any detail, including the source link, from the statue's edit page.

Already have it? Pick Owned as the status while adding and the money fields become what you paid: the price, the shipping, and the day it arrived. It is recorded exactly as if you had marked it owned later.

The catalog vs. your collection

The catalog is shared. There is one entry per statue, with the same facts and photos for everyone, curated by the admin. Your collection entry is yours alone. It holds your status, notes, ranking, and every money field. Catalog updates refresh the shared facts on your entry. They never touch your numbers.

Statuses and the board

Every statue you add sits in a status. The defaults, in board order, are Want, Watching, Unavailable, Considering, Awaiting release, Pre-ordered, and Owned. The board shows a section for each status with your statues as cards inside it. Search and the 18+ filter at the top narrow the board down. The Table view shows the same statues as a compact list. The Reorder button lets you drag statues into a priority order within each status.

Select lets you act on several statues at once. Tick the cards, then use the bar at the bottom to move them to another status, mark them owned, or delete them. Marking owned asks you to confirm the shipping you paid for each one first, the same as the card menu does, and Done leaves select mode.

A pre-order you have paid in full shows Paid · shipping to come on its card until the store bills the shipping. Once you have paid that too and the statue is with you, mark it owned.

Trusted members

Trusted members are hand picked collectors who help grow the catalog. They can add statues from a list of allowed stores, up to 10 a day. On entries they created they can edit facts, manage versions and photos, and add links to other stores. Admins still handle everything else. If you are active here, you might get the tier one day. Store accounts

A store account is a store's official presence here, set up by the admins. Its username carries a store badge on every entry and comment, so you always know when a store is speaking. It can add statues from its own store, keep the facts, prices and stock state of its listings up to date, and add its store's link to any entry. It cannot edit anything else, and it is never an admin.

Adding a statue by hand

Trusted members and admins can add a statue the fetcher cannot read, for example an Orzgk exclusive. It takes a minute.

1. Open the catalog and press New entry.
2. Paste the product link. For trusted members only the stores on the allowed list work, and the page shows which ones. Want another store? Ask in the feedback box.
3. Give it a name (the store's product title is fine), then the studio, character, scale, material and release quarter as far as you know them. Anything left empty can be filled in later.
4. Pick the store. It fills in from the link.
5. Press Create entry. If the page then says a similar statue is already in the catalog, look at it first. Press Create anyway only if yours really is a different statue.
6. You land on the new entry. Open Manage entry to add photos, versions with their prices and deposits, and links to other stores.

If the same statue later shows up on FNC, an admin attaches the FNC page to your entry. Prices and photos then update from there, and the entry keeps everything you added.

Versions and money

Many statues come in versions, like Regular, EX, or different scales. Each version you mark as getting tracks its own price and deposit, and the balance is what remains after the deposit. The discount is per order and applies to each version. When you add from an FNC link, the store's standing discount is suggested automatically. Shipping is usually unknown until the invoice arrives, so you confirm it per version when you mark a statue owned.

Paying in instalments? Open the statue and press Record a payment: enter the amount, the day, the version if you are getting more than one, and a note. The deposit grows and the balance follows. The History under the money block lists every payment, every change to the money, and every status move, and Undo on the most recent payment puts the figures back exactly. Shipping is not a payment here: it is recorded when you mark the statue owned.

Ranking

Rank shows two of your statues at a time and you pick the one you want more. A few rounds builds your priority order, the numbered badges on the board. Dragging cards in Reorder mode adjusts it by hand.

18+ statues

Adult statues are blurred by default everywhere. You can toggle the blur for your account in the menu under your username. Logged out visitors always see them blurred.

Comments and tags

Every catalog statue has community tags. Add your own and vote them up or down. Each statue also has a discussion where you can reply, like, and edit your own comments. Edited comments show an (edited) mark. If something looks off, report it with a reason and the admin will take a look.

Sharing

Copy catalog link on a statue gives you a link anyone can open, even without an account. You can also share your whole board from Settings with a link that hides every price, deposit, and balance.

On a catalog entry, the Share button offers the same link, your phone's own share sheet, and a post on X or Reddit. Under the discussion, every entry shows more statues from the same studio and other statues of the same character.

Watching and notifications

Watch a statue to hear about activity on it, like new comments, or watch a studio or a character (from a studio page, or by name in Settings) to be told when a new pre-order of theirs appears in the catalog. The bell shows what is new: follow a notification, tick it to mark it read, or use Mark all read.

Your account and your phone

Settings lists every browser signed in to your account, with a log out button for each and Log out everywhere else for a lost phone. On a phone, use your browser's Add to Home Screen: PlinthGK opens full screen under its own icon, like an app.
