Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. About the service
PlinthGK is a hobby project: a self-hosted collection-tracking app for statues and other collectibles, offered as-is by its owner-operator. It isn't a commercial product with a support team or uptime guarantees — it's run for its own users, on a best-effort basis.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal — one account per person — and must not be shared or transferred. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
PlinthGK is for personal collection tracking. When using it, you agree not to:
- upload or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
- harass, abuse, or attempt to overload, scrape-abuse, or attack the service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent the app's 18+ content handling (for example by misrepresenting an item's maturity rating, or by disabling the blur setting for other users' benefit rather than your own); or
- use the service for anything other than tracking your own collectibles.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this section — see §6.
4. Your content and the shared catalog
You own the private collection data you enter — your items, prices, notes, and settings. Some information you contribute, such as studio, character, scale, and product images derived from public product listings, becomes part of the shared catalog — a community resource other users draw on when adding their own copies of the same piece. Catalog entries are community content: because other users' collections reference them, they persist even after you delete your own account, and are not treated as your private data for erasure purposes.
5. No warranty / limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, and without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or preservation of your data. Keep your own backups — use the export tool in Settings → Download my collection regularly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your account and private collection data (see our Privacy Policy for the narrow security-log exception). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use rules in §3.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When a change is material, we'll bump the policy version and require you to review and re-accept the updated terms — via the consent screen — before you can keep using the service.
8. Contact
For any question about these terms, your data, or your account, contact [email protected].
